Every day is different but there is kind of a daily routine at the camp: we train, we eat, we rest but we also chat, jump in the pool, have coffees and even cakes sometimes. Just like a team!
Fueling before the ride is crucial. This is the “calm before the storm”.
Every morning, a pre-ride briefing is organized to introduce the course of the day and assign specific goals to each rider.
The team will be on the road for three to five hours per day, followed by a support vehicle.
Every cyclist knows how fueling just after the ride is important for recovery… Protein shakes and lunch will be available immediately after the ride.
To improve recovery, daily massage and electro-stimulation sessions are provided. Just relax, we take care of everything else!

To get the most out of this experience, it’s important to meet some necessary riding skills and fitness requirements. Participants should:
- Ride regularly for at least four months prior to the camp — at least 3 to 4 times a week, totaling 7 or more hours.
- Be comfortable with rides of around 90 km on hilly terrain and up to 120 km on a longer day.
- Have good bike-handling skills, especially for descending on long, steep, and sometimes technical descents.
- Be confident riding solo and in a group, in a wide variety of road and weather conditions, including narrow roads, light traffic, and wet surfaces.
- Expect frequent climbs of varying distances and gradients, requiring endurance and climbing ability.
The rides will be challenging, but that’s why you’re coming, isn’t it? With proper preparation, you’ll be ready to tackle longer days in the saddle and enjoy the journey!
Let’s be clear: speed on a bike means absolutely nothing! Whether you’re riding alone or in a group, battling headwinds or cruising with a tailwind, on flat roads or hilly terrain, speed can vary dramatically—even with the same power and effort. This is why we don’t provide average speeds on our website; we want to avoid any confusion. Some rides will be fast, others slower, but all will be challenging, regardless of the route. Compared to other camps, ours requires a relatively high level of fitness—whether due to the pace on flat sections or the difficulty of the climbs.
The answer is simple. YOU ARE THE TEAM! We will always adjust to your level so nobody will get left behind. Ever. We welcome riders with a wide range of experience and abilities. The only requirement is a strong passion for cycling and the drive to improve. Any concerns? Email us!
Here, we prefer to talk in hours instead. Rides last between 4 and 6 hours, with one coffee/recovery ride in the middle of the week. Do you think it’s too much for you? Don’t forget that with massages, nutrition, coaching and the fact that we take care of everything else, getting back on the bike each morning will be easier than what you have ever imagined!
Every morning at the briefing each rider will receive personal goals for the ride to come based on their abilities and level of fatigue. We all take the road together, as a team. On the short (rare) flat sections, the strongest riders will lead the group. On hills, each rider will climb at their own pace with a powermeter. The riders who reach the summit first will turn back down to catch the last riders. Nobody stays inactive at the top. It means some extra miles for the fastest riders and some support for the slowest ones in the last part of the ascents.
Yes, the cycling kit (bib shorts, jersey, and socks) is included for this event (worth 190 euros)!
We use different villas depending on availability and number of participants. They are all situated in the same area, on the best part of the island: in the Serra de Tramuntana, in Pollença, or in the area around.
Three meals a day are included: breakfast, lunch and dinner. On the first day, arrival day, only dinner is included. On the last day, the departure day, only breakfast is included.
We provide the following items to each rider : bib shorts (bib tights in winter), short-sleeved jersey (long sleeves in winter), socks, and helmet. However, depending on the period you come to Mallorca, we recommend bringing some extra warm clothes like a rain jacket, arm warmers, or some winter clothes. Black items and accessories are preferred. For more information, consult our “How to Pack” page.
IMPORTANT: Bike, helmet, and GPS must be returned in good condition at the end of the week, so please make sure to take care of them!
Yes, you can. However, we recommend that you ride one of our full carbon bikes. Traveling with a bike is expensive and risky; it can be lost, damaged, or delayed. And don't worry about your riding position; our mechanic will replicate the exact settings you are used to at home (saddle height, angle, setback, etc.), thanks to our Bikesettings.com tool.
Yes. A discount of 80 euros will be applied if you bring your own bike. However, we do not assume responsibility for its safety or any damage. You will also be responsible for any spare parts that may be used during the camp if you decide to bring your own bike.
To reserve your spot, please email us at hello@sacalobra.cc or call/text us at +33 688 699 160 (WhatsApp is ok). We will send you a registration form within one business day to complete your reservation and confirm bike hire size availability. Payment is required in two installments. A deposit of 150 euros is required at the time of booking to secure your place. The remaining balance is due 2 months prior to the event. If you are booking within 2 months of the event date, payment is required in full. Please see our Terms & Conditions for more information on how to book and our cancellation policy.

My week at the camp with SCCC was an opportunity to surpass myself on magnificent routes while meeting wonderful people sharing the same passion. The organization is impeccable, the advice is worthy of true professionals and the atmosphere is magical. There is no word enough to define what this sporting adventure is for cycling lovers, you have to experience it. Many thanks to Aurélien and all the staff for their work, their kindness and their unfailing support. »

« I signed up for the first time for a week with Sa Calobra Cycling Club. The organization was so clear (before and during the camp). Each day was prepared with high professionalism. I learned a lot how to improve my rides and get more fun than ever. Aside riding, the informations regarding nutrition, power and FTP, fueling were so useful. The mechanics and technical assistance, the daily massage, and the excellent food made this week unforgettable. I will be back, for sure (already signed for next camp). »

« I fell in love with road cycling in Mallorca in 2023 in a Triathlon camp and continued to seek out opportunities for cycling on the island via various camps since then. In my past trips I always saw the Sa Calobra Club Club team on some of the majestic routes from afar, with their professional kits and structured methods, so I decided to research more of what the camp had to offer. [...] What sets this camp apart from all the other "cycling holiday camps" it is a training camp focused on comradery and making yourself a better cyclist, with the benefits of the island climate and views of Mallorca. [...] I am already planning my next trip back. »

« Michael Jordan once said “once you join a team, you live at a certain standard that I play the game, and I wasn’t going to take anything less… I wanted to win, but I wanted them [the Bulls] to win and be a part of that as well”.While I am not comparing cycling to basketball, Aurélien’s standard, vision and aspiration to provide an exemplary service and experience to his riders is demonstrated every day (before, during and after the actual camp). [...] What Aurélien and his team (Uli, Marc, Stan, and Amy) did for me over the last week is beyond measure. Cannot wait to be back! »
