Nutrition and performance go hand in hand. How do you expect to perform at your best when eating the same tasteless buffets served in hotels to tourists on vacation?! Would you enjoy eating the same frozen, reheated, dishes for a week? With us, 100% of the meals are delicious, adapted to your needs, and cooked on site, from breakfast to dinner. We favor natural, local, organic products, healthy fats, and whole grains; we make sure to offer you a sufficient protein intake, and even prepare our own energy bars! With a healthy and adapted diet, you will find yourself pushing your limits a little more each day and always recovering faster from your rides: the ingredients for success!

Basic principles

Homemade

100% of our meals are prepared on site, from breakfast to dinner. We even prepare our own energy bars from natural products, without coloring agents or conservatives.

Enough calories

Which cyclist has ever been afraid of being hungry ?! Have no fear, with us, the quantities are adapted to the specific needs of cyclists. No need to hide a few snacks at the bottom of your suitcase!

Superfoods

We favor foods rich in antioxidants, such as beets and green vegetables, as well as seeds and cereals for their high potassium and magnesium intakes.

Drinks included

In Mallorca, the “full” board in hotels does not include drinks, not even water! This is not the case with us. Coffee, tea and drinks are available 24/7. What would a cyclist be without his coffee?

Frequently Asked Questions

What meals are included?

Three meals a day are included: breakfast, lunch and dinner. On the first day, arrival day, only dinner is included. On the last day, the departure day, only breakfast is included.

I am vegetarian, is that a problem?

Plant based athletes are more than welcome at our training camps, we always have plenty of vegetables available. Just let us know at least two weeks prior to your arrival if you are on a specific diet.

Are there different menu options?

No, we only have one menu for the entire team. We can adapt the menu a bit if you have food allergies, but can't have two separate menus. Make sure to get in touch before booking if you are on a specific diet, to make sure it's possible or not.

The photos look nice but I'm afraid of being hungry!

No! We provide energy drinks and bars for every single ride, as much as you need. And that's not all, our energy bars are 100% homemade without conservatives!
